For almost 20 years, Dr. Vinh Ngo, an integrative health specialist, has been dedicated to improving the overall health and well-being of his patients throughout San Francisco and beyond. Dr. Ngo earned his medical degree from the Autonomas Univeristy of Guadalajara before serving his residency at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Sutter Santa Rosa. He is board certified in family medicine, but his deep interest and passion for integrative medicine allow him to combine conventional medicine and alternative holistic practices. He has a particular interest in hormone therapies and promoting men’s health, although promoting healthy lifestyle practices and helping his patients improve their overall well-being is his passion.

As both a Registered Nurse and Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, she plays an integral role in delivering the personalized, patient-centered care that defines the practice.
With years of experience guiding patients through wellness, preventive medicine, and aesthetic treatments, Leila is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and personal goals in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Her background in both clinical care and practice management allows her to combine medical knowledge with a deep understanding of the patient experience.
Leila has a particular interest in wellness, preventive care, behavioral health, weight management, and aesthetic medicine. Patients appreciate her approachable nature, attention to detail, and ability to make them feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their care.
When not caring for patients, Leila enjoys hiking, baking, and continuing her professional education.

Tiffani brings her artistic eye, clinical expertise, and compassionate care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Smart Medicine SF, a premier medspa specializing in medically assisted weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, integrative medicine, and advanced laser treatments — including tattoo and eyebrow tattoo removal.
With a professional foundation as a licensed esthetician and certified permanent makeup artist, Tiffani holds eight certifications and is one of the few specialists in the Bay Area trained in Nano Brows. Her passion for beauty and wellness was sparked early on and solidified six years ago through her own transformational experience with microblading — a moment that empowered her to help others feel confident in their appearance and overall well-being.
Now, in her role at Smart Medicine SF, Tiffani is the first point of contact for patients beginning their aesthetic and wellness journeys. She ensures that every client receives personalized, coordinated care — whether they’re exploring hormone therapy, weight loss solutions, or tattoo removal. Her goal is to create a welcoming, informed experience from consultation to follow-up.
Tiffani’s background in cutting-edge beauty treatments, including patented keratin lash lifts, brow lamination, and teeth whitening, uniquely positions her to bridge both the clinical and aesthetic sides of modern medspa care.
